Opened - Used - Product

Damaged Product
 

If a product arrives damaged please email us immediately at info@WaterWedgie.com with details of the damage and we will respond with instructions after contacting the shipper. Most likely the shipper will pick up the item and we will send out a replacement as soon as the damaged product is received by us. Please do not open the package and inspect the product yourself. Please do not use the item or we will be unable to make an exchange.
Wrong Product

We are sorry for the mistake. Please email us immediately upon receipt at info@WaterWedgie.com with info about the problem. Please do not open the package and inspect the product yourself. Please do not use the item or we will be unable to make an exchange. No exchanges, refunds, or returns for the wrong product will be processed after 14 days have elapsed from the date of your receipt.
 

Additional Return Information
 

No returns for special order items, electronics, cut lengths of material or hazardous materials, such as paint, resins and adhesives.

Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer unless the error was ours.
