Product Ship Time

Water Wedgie makes every effort to ship products within 1 or 2 business days from the time of the order. Once in a while, we may be out of stock on a item even if our site shows its available. If this happens we will place an order with one of our suppliers and have it shipped directly to you if possible. Some suppliers will not ship directly to our customers. If that's the case we usually get the product to our store/warehouse within 2 to 4 business days. We will then ship to you the next business day. If there are any delays for us to ship longer than 5 days we will send you an e-mail to the address you provided with the order. The email will contain an update with a estimated ship time and a request for you to reply letting us know if you want to wait for the order or if you would like a full refund.

Free Shipping on Certain Products

Free Shipping is only available in the lower 48 states. Sometimes we are able to ship outside the 48 continental states but there will be a charge for shipping. Tracking Orders

We generally ship UPS or FedEx. When your parcel has been shipped we will send you an order status update email with a link to track your parcel, all you have to do is click on the link.

Ups tracking numbers usually have a "Z" in the number. You can go to www.UPS.com to track the package.

FedEx tracking numbers usually do NOT have a "Z" in the number. You can go to www.FedEx.com to track those orders.

Please wait a few hours from the time you receive a tracking number from us for the shipment to show up in the respective tracking system.

Customer Shipping Expectations

It is expected that the customer will understand that these items ship via UPS or FedEx ground which can take up to 5 or 6 days to some parts of the country. Please understand that we make every effort to get products shipped out as quickly as possible, but we cannot control the speed that UPS or FedEx will deliver these products when shipped ground. Water Wedgie is unable to guarantee any shipping deadlines, that is up to the shipping company. We may quote from the shippers time in transit map estimates but those ship times are not guaranteed, they are estimates with the lowest cost shipping option. If you would like expedited shipping please pay for the expedited shipping service when you place your order. We offer many choices including next day air, second day air, 3-day shipping, etc. To take advantage of these services please make sure your order is completed before 12 noon eastern time otherwise your order may ship the next business day even with the higher cost of expedited shipping being charged to your account. Express or Expedited Shipping

If you would like expedited shipping please pay for the expedited shipping service when you place your order. We offer many choices including next day air, second day air, 3-day shipping, etc. To take advantage of these services please make sure your order is completed before 12 noon eastern time otherwise your order may ship the next business day even with the higher cost of expedited shipping being charged to your account. Please email us at info@WaterWedgie.com if you would like to know if we are still able to ship that business day!! It will depend when the shippers truck arrives at our store/warehouse for the day. Times vary.

When determining your delivery date DO NOT count the day that your order actually ships.

For Example:

If your order is completed on Monday at 10am Eastern Time and you have paid for 3-Day shipping you should expect to receive your delivery on Thursday.

Water Wedgie is unable to guarantee any shipping deadlines, that is up to the shipping company.

International Shipping

We generally do not ship outside of the US. You may email us at info@WaterWedgie.com to verify if we are able to ship your item of interest outside of the US. Please include your delivery address and we'll email you a shipping quote along with product pricing. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and any other charges levied. We collect only the cost of shipping. Please allow additional business days for international orders to ship.

Additional Shipping Info

We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Express shipping services are available on in-stock merchandise only.

A street address is required for express shipping. We are unable to ship to a P.O. box.

Express orders must be received by noon Eastern Time for same day shipping.

Saturday delivery is available to certain areas.

Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges. Some items can only be shipped by truck service. Please email us at info@WaterWedgie.com for a custom freight quote from the most economical carrier for your area.

Hazardous merchandise cannot be shipped by express services. A hazardous charge may be applied for ground shipping.
